Return and exchange policy

At Pastiche, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

- We offer refunds within the first 5 days from the date you received your order. To request a refund, you must email customercare@pastichesisterproject.com within that period with your order details.

- All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

- You may initiate an exchange of items within 30 days from the date of shipment of the order. It's essential to note that the return period begins at the time of fulfillment, not when you place or receive your order.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
